A CSD team member from 2010 to 2016, Tim re-joined our team as an Associate in 2023. Tim’s primary expertise is in steel connection design, with significant experience in construction engineering, particularly engineered lift plans and erection bracing. Since returning to CSD, Tim has been providing his expertise primarily to heavy industrial projects. In addition to engineering, Tim assists with building and maintaining CSD's BIM content and developing custom software for both engineering and administrative tasks. Tim also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).

Tim enjoys playing the piano, spending time with his dog Ollie, and home improvement projects.
