CSD provided design services for the specialty insulated glass panel facade of the Christopher Newport University Fine Arts Center. This unique structure incorporates a series of glass-clad dome-like structures and will serve as a monumental entrance to the Center. CSD acted as the structural engineer of record for the specialty facade elements on this project and oversaw the structural design. This included design of the insulated glass panels, support clamps, and steel framing connecting the facade to the structural steel elements of the main structure. CSD Contact: Michael Ryer
