The Kinder Building includes a unique and complex structural steel roof framing system comprised of sloping and curved trusses. CSD analyzed the trusses and frame elements for strength and stability throughout steel erection. CSD coordinated with the steel erector to determine the ideal sequence of erection to meet schedule goals for stability, crane availability, and coordination with other trades. Additional construction engineering scope was provided for the shoring tower, cantilevered framing, heavy field welding, and unique framing conditions.
